BZK developed the Facility Program, helped with site selection and analysis, and prepared a preliminary design for this $5M Branch Library for the Lessard community. User groups with Edmonton Public Libraries were consulted extensively in developing the program and a preliminary design that meshes beautifully with the community's requirements.
